Brief Recap of Sept Meeting
Sat 4th
Sept, Manchester Classic Car show at the Trafford Centre.
A small
group of us made the journey and joined the group of 13 TVR's on the
day.
The day
was a scorcher and it was nice to see John Livesley and his race-tuned
M.
Sun 5th
Sept, Well done to Alan Wignall, his Holker Hall trip was a huge success,
on another hot day, well over 20 TVR's with another 10 TVR owners in there tin
tops were there with thier families. Everyone enjoyed the Hall, Gardens and
Museum. Thanks must also go to Mike Gornall, John Morgan, Richard Sails and Ian
Westeney from the West Lancs Club for making it a special day.
October Report.
At the
last meeting we welcomed Geoff Entwhistle with his S1 Tasmin FHC and Steve
Beresford with his 4.5 Griffith. Geoff has also bought a 390SE for restoration
!.
A well
done to Bernie Hartnet for another well organised Oulton Park Track
Day.
A change
is as good as a rest Alan and Gary have swapped cars, 3000M and S2 Tasmin
FHC.
