I've known of the TVR since I was but a lad. Even that it stood for
Trevor. But, now that I'm an old fart of 44, AND have a computer, I now know
how COOL some of the cars are and will share the info with my friends.
Thanks. |

Why doesnt TVR go into mass production and design some family
cars, thet could become a major force in the industry, plus theyre british,
and there are not too many british car manufacurers around these

The endless pursuit for a perfect monster ended when they designed
the TVR Speed 12. And my endless pursuit for a website that has the
information I want all the TVR cars ended here. Now all thats left is a
match for the ages and history books that would consist of the TVR Speed
12 vs. McLaren F1. But thats just a dream. |

Salutations to the TVR Chairman and his team,
My name is Alex
(French-23) and I live in Montréal. I don't need to precise that I am a
TVR fan as never existed before.
This brand symbolises to my eyes the
pure style, pure sportivity and agressivity in her shape.
My dream? No
doubt: to work for TVR. I would be ready to enter TVR's world even without been
payed...to show yourselves how can I be crazy about these beasts.
Few
months ago, I had an interview with Pierre-Henry MAHUL (TVR-FRANCE) proposing a
possible plan for south-america market, that I know. Very
interesting.
In a few weeks, GONE IN 60 SECONDS will appear on european
cinemas: my «relievement»(?) is the following one; there's no TVR
in this movie. Am I an egoist (laugh)?
Anyway, I have to meet my idol,
the great Mr. Peter WHEELER to talk about our common passion.
Regards.
Alex.
Best salutations |

I
LOVE this car - the Speed 12. We should get a petition going and forward it to
TVR, just for the sake of being able to see more of these monsters on the
street. Screw the Viper, Screw the Vette, Screw the Aston Martin DB7, Even the
freakin Diablo (yes, even the Silver one). Speed 12 all day. I would get to
work in like 15 minutes, 36 miles away!!!

had a Vixen II about 20 years ago, rather enjoyed it until the diff fell out.
They don't handle too well when both ends are steering at once. If you want to
be sure of receiving prompt attention after a motor accident, hit the telephone
pole in front of the police station... |

live in Canada, east of Toronto. I currently have a TVR Tasmin DHC built in
1981, and a 350i FHC built in 1985. The Tasmin has over 400,000km on it, and
has been fairly reliable, and tons of fun. The 350i is lower mileage at about
75,000km. |

Excellent site, all the more reason for supporting TVR as a true
British manufacturer of genuine sports cars. Martin Chimera 400 |

Top site everyone..how did you manage to get your camera in, i had a
tour once with some friends while everyone was off work, but we weren't allowed
in with camera's..The factory is an amazing place, if you'd look at a plan of
the place you'd swear it couldn't possibly work, but it does..And that little
place around the back where they put all the scrap car bodies and
stuff..great.. |

Excellent site, very informative. Keep it up.
BTW, where did
you get the press shot of the top-down Yellow 4.5 Chimaera with the purple
interior ? I now own this car, and am trying to collect as much original
literature as possible. cheers
